Biography

Kevin Scott has been part of the 3i US team since 2000.  He has broad experience in the software sector with a track record of investing in enterprise applications, infrastructure and business services. He currently represents 3i on the Boards of Aegis, Fios, Intalio, ClearApp, CollegeNet, Trovix, Intelliden, and Winery Exchange. Immediately prior to joining 3i, Kevin was a consulting partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on M&A transactions and was responsible for the international development of the Accelerated Transition M&A integration practice and its rollout into the high technology sectors.  As part of his work for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in France, Kevin managed corporate finance engagements for corporate and financial buyers and advised US companies on investment strategies in France and Europe.Prior to PWC, Kevin worked for Marcam Corporation, a start-up ERP software company based in Boston.Kevin received his MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management with a focus on Finance and Management Policy.  He holds a BA in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and is fluent in French.
