Biography

Kirsty joined 3i in January 2007 as part of the Growth Capital team. Since then, she has completed investments into SLR, an international environmental consultancy and British Seafood, a sourcer, processor and importer of seafood from the Far East. She was also involved in the merger of Fulcrum Group with Butterfield Fund Services to create Butterfield Fulcrum Group, a global fund administrator.

Prior to joining 3i, Kirsty was part of the Group Development team at Trinity Mirror plc, the UK’s largest newspaper publisher, where she focused on acquiring and integrating a number of online businesses. She was previously one of the founders of a London-based strategy consultancy, providing strategic support and commercial due diligence services across a range of sectors and for companies ranging from start-ups to FTSE100.

Kirsty studied at St. John’s College, Cambridge where she gained both a First Class honours degree and a Masters degree in Engineering.
