Laurent joined 3i in 1994 and has since worked in various offices across France. He has managed the Growth Capital team in France since 2002. Key deals that he has been involved in include Sofibo, IRM, Vétoquinol, Senoble and Transports Alloin.

Laurent started his career as a financial analyst at stockbroker Oddo-Pinatton. Laurent is a graduate and fellow of the HEC business school. He is on the Boards of Transports Alloin and Consultim Finance.
