Lukas joined 3i in 2011 and is a Director in the Frankfurt office.

Lukas joined 3i from Warburg Pincus. Prior to Warburg Pincus, Lukas worked for Investcorp, McKinsey & Company and the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch. While at Investcorp, Lukas has been involved in the take private of APCOA, while at Warburg Pincus, he worked on easycash and AmRest, as well as leading the acquisition of PowerWind.

Lukas holds a degree in International Business from Hochschule Reutlingen, a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University and a MBA from the INSEAD
