Biography

Mahesh joined 3i in 2006 and has sector experience in media and healthcare. He is increasingly focused on developing 3i's Healthcare Growth Capital Strategy. Key deals that he has been involved in include OOH Media, UFO Moviez and Siro Clinpharm.

Mahesh joined 3i from ENAM, where he was Co-Head Investment Banking. ENAM is ranked amongst the top 3 IPO banks in India and one of the first to have built its investment banking business on a sector focus basis.

Mahesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and also a Bachelor of Commerce from Bombay University. He is a regular speaker at various industry forums and a contributor to most Indian business publications. Mahesh also represents 3i in the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is currently the Co-Chairman-Capital Markets Committee of this body.
