Our people

Martin works across all sectors with a primary focus on private equity investments in the Nordic region and coverage of the Norwegian market.

Prior to joining 3i, Martin was an Associate Partner/Principal at McKinsey and Company based out of their Oslo office, serving clients in the Nordics, Russia, Nigeria and the Middle-East. At McKinsey & Company he led the development of several corporate strategy and performance transformation projects primarily in the Oil & Gas, Power and Telecom sectors.

Martin served as a sergeant and later second Lieutenant in the Norwegian Army and has a Master of Science in Commerce (Siviløkonom) with specialization in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
