Biography
Michiel joined 3i in 2004 and is an associate in the Benelux office focused on buyouts. Prior to joining 3i, Michiel worked in the Corporate Strategy department of Akzo Nobel, focusing on acquisitions and divestments in the chemical industry. In 2008 Michiel worked for 3i's Asian Buyout team in Singapore.
Deals that Michiel has been involved with include Hyva, ABX logistics, Aviapartner, VNU Media and Daalderop.
Michiel studied Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management and has an MBA from INSEAD.
