Miles Graham joined 3i in February 2010, as Director working across both the Buyouts and Growth teams. Prior to joining 3i, Miles spent several years at McKinsey and Company, where he focused on performance transformations across a wide range of sectors.

He previously served as CEO and as a Non-executive Director of a number of companies in the consumer, TMT and business services sector as well as spending time serving as a Diplomat with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Miles brings his consulting background and hands-on experience of international management to leadership teams of portfolio companies, assisting them to identify and realize their full potential through the implementation of best practices.

Key investments that Miles has been involved with include Druck Chemie, Butterfield Fulcrum and Hobbs. Miles has a masters degree from the University of Oxford.
