Our people

Neil joined 3i in 2005 as a partner in its infrastructure team. His main role is to oversee new investment opportunities across the team and he played a leading role in the acquisitions of Eversholt Rail and Anglian Water. He was also heavily involved in the IPO of 3i Infrastructure Limited on the London Stock Exchange and the raising of the 3i India Infrastructure Fund.

Neil has over 20 years experience in the infrastructure market and has led the funding of a large number of transactions across a broad range of different sectors, including UK PFI, toll roads, rail, power, waste and public private partnerships. He joined 3i from Innisfree, the leading independent PFI investment fund, and spent the previous 15 years in infrastructure banking, including five years running the London team at WestLB.

Neil has a BSc in Mathematics from Durham University.
