Biography
Nicole is currently responsible for 3i’s cross border business development function in Europe. Her role is to be a dedicated resource in supporting the increasing needs of our international portfolio across all 3i’s business lines, whether supporting the international expansion of 3i’s European portfolio or Asian and US businesses coming to Europe. Before joining 3i, Nicole worked at Ernst & Young in the United States, United Kingdom and China, as part of the global strategy team focused on their Venture Capital and IPO programs. Prior to this she worked in the technology industry for a VC-backed software business. Nicole has an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School; and an undergraduate degree from the University of Otago.
