Biography
Oliver joined 3i in February 2008 as an Associate in the Buyout Team. Prior to joining 3i, he worked at both Merrill Lynch and Barclays originating and executing debt financing for buyout investments across Europe.
Recent deals in which Oliver has been involved include the public to private of Civica plc, a leading provider of software solutions to the public sector.
He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of London and a BSc in Mathematics from Bristol University.
