Our people

Paul Waller has been a member of the 3i senior Leadership team since 1999 and has responsibility for overseeing the performance of the various Funds managed by 3i; leading 3i’s fundraising activities and managing these investor relationships. He co-chairs the 3i Group Investment Committee and has over 30 years of private equity investment having joined 3i in 1978. He is a former Chairman of the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and previously chaired the EVCA Investor Relations Committee.
