Our people

Pete focuses on originating and executing private equity investments across Europe, with a particular focus on the Business Services sector. Recent deals that he has worked on include the sale of Inspectorate to Bureau Veritas and subsequent re-financing of ESG (the remainder of the former Inspicio business), 3i's minority investment into BVG India and the public to private of Inspicio.

Prior to joining 3i, Pete worked in the Strategy Group at Accenture, where he worked on a number of transactions - conducting commercial due diligence, shareholder value analysis and merger integration planning.

Pete has a First Class honours degree in Management Science from the Warwick Business School.

Pete is currently a member of the Board of Directors of ESG and Enterprise.
