Biography
Pete is an Associate Director in the buyout team and focuses on originating and executing buyout investments across Europe, with a particular focus on the Business Services sector. Recent deals that he has worked on include the public to privates of Inspicio, a leading global testing and inspection business, and Enterprise plc, followed by the subsequent acquisition of Accord through Enterprise to create the UK market leader in blue collar public sector outsourcing.
Prior to joining 3i, Pete worked in the Strategy practice at Accenture, where he worked on a number of transactions - conducting commercial due diligence and merger integration planning; whilst also specialising in shareholder value analysis and customer analytics.
Pete has a First Class honours degree in Management Science from the Warwick Business School.
