Biography
As a Partner within 3i's European Buyout business, Rémi was involved in several transactions mainly in France, in the Support Services and General Industrial sectors including the extremely sucessful KEOLIS deal. Rémi negotiated for one year the deal, supported the management in several acquitisions in Europe and in major transformation projects. He then led the exit.
Rémi contributed also to deals outside France such as Inspecta and Inspicio
Prior to joining 3i, he founded and headed a French venture capital firm in Tunisia (1990-1994) where he led 17 deals. He then spent five years (1994-1999) with 3i where he headed the Northern France region, completing several buyouts and growth capital deals (12). Then he spent three years with McKinsey, where he led numerous strategic and organisational projects for international groups, as well as doing due diligence on large MBOs for various private equity firms. Rémi rejoined 3i in April 2003.

Rémi has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Paris Business School (ESCP) and an executive MBA (sponsored by McKinsey) with Kellog School, Insead and London Business School.
