Biography

Robin joined 3i in 2000 and has worked in the UK and US on Venture Capital, Growth and Buyout deals. He was the Managing Director of 3i UK Regions and led the reorganisation of the UK regional business. In 2006, he moved to New York as a founding Partner in 3i US Growth Capital. Key deals with which Robin has been involved include Ben Sherman, Careshare, Canvas Holidays, Local Press, Petrochem Carless, Fulcrum, Gain Capital and Quintiles.

Prior to joining 3i, Robin was with Procter & Gamble and McKinsey & Company. He has an MA from the University of Glasgow and was a postgraduate Thouron Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently on the Boards of ACG and Quintiles.
