Rowena joined 3i in February 2007 as a sector analyst for the Global Healthcare team.

Previously, she has worked in Healthcare venture capital at Scottish Equity Partners, for boutique funds management group Quest Asset Partners, Sydney and in strategic consulting for pharmaceutical and biotech companies at Propagate Pharma, London.

Rowena has a B. Advanced Science/Commerce degree from the University of Sydney, Australia and spent one year of her degree on exchange studying Economics at Royal Holloway, London University.
