Biography

Rupert Bell joined 3i in 2006 as a director in the UK Growth Capital team. Before joining 3i he was a director at Sand Aire Private Equity, a London-based family office, and also worked in corporate finance in the head office of the P&O group. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen, specialising in corporate recovery. He has a degree in French & German from Exeter University and a postgraduate diploma in Theology from Oxford University. He has also completed the Young Managers Program at Insead.
