Biography

Scott Moseley joined 3i in 2007 as a Director in the Infrastructure team. Prior to joining 3i, he was an Executive Director in WestLB’s capital markets group, where he was primarily responsible for origination and structuring of acquisition finance transactions in the European infrastructure sector.

Scott has 10 years experience in the infrastructure sector ranging across both the equity and debt capital markets. His experience extends across the capital structure, including acting as principal, financial advisor, and debt arranger.

Since joining 3i, Scott has played a leading role in the junior debt investment programme and was responsible for negotiating and executing the company’s £225m debt facility, which was closed in March 2008.
