Biography

Shane joined 3i in 2006 as a founding member of the US Growth Capital team.  Prior to his time with 3i, Shane worked as a management consultant for Oliver Wyman, providing advisory to clients in financial and businesses services industries across both North American and Asian markets.  He has also worked for Meximerica, a Texas-based media company focused on the Spanish-language market.  Shane holds a B.A. (Honors) from Yale University and is actively involved in New York based nonprofit organizations.
