Biography

Steve joined 3i in 1997 and now leads 3i’s UK Growth Capital business. Key deals that Steve has been involved in include Foster and Partners, Polyconcept and Williams Lea.

Prior to 3i, Steve worked for SBC Warburg where, amongst other roles, he held credit and risk management responsibilities and also supported companies across Europe to raise Capital Market and Acquisition finance. Having previously qualified as an accountant in public practice, Steve spent two years in the manufacturing and distribution industry.

Steve has an MBA from Cranfield University. He currently sits on the Board of Foster and Partners.
