Our people

Stuart focuses on investments into healthcare and business services companies and leads 3i's investments in healthcare in the UK. Stuart is actively involved in businesses such as OneMed, Quintiles, SLR consulting and Labco and has also been involved at board level on 3i's investments in ApaTech (sold to Baxter in 2009) and Zonare. He is a Director of Integrated Pathology Partnerships; a joint venture between Labco and Sodexo. Prior to joining 3i, he spent four years working in R&D strategy consulting for major pharmaceutical companies in Europe, US and Japan. Stuart graduated with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh, a PhD from Imperial College, London and with an MBA from INSEAD, France/Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Medicine and Trustee of a children's charity in India.
