Stuart joined 3i in 2000 and is a Director in the London Buyout Team. Previously Stuart began his career at BZW in 1996 in the corporate finance division before moving to CSFBs' Investment Banking Division. Stuart specialises in buyouts and Financial Services investments in the UK. Key deals he has been involved in include; Environmental Resource Management, an international environmental management consultancy; Westminster Healthcare, a leading UK nursing home operator; Partners for Finance, a provider of outsourced services to the retail financial services sector; Aspen Re, an international property and casualty re-insurer; Care Principles, a leading provider of care to people with challenging behaviour.Stuart currently sits on the board of Care Principles and observes on the boards of two Partners for Finance subsidiaries. He has previously held observer responsibilities for Westminster Healthcare and Aspen re.Stuart has a law degree from Durham University graduating in 1996. Print this page
