Our people

Tony is a member of the European Private Equity Leadership Team and in his role as COO is responsible for finance, operations, HR and marketing for 3i’s European Private Equity business. Prior to his current role, Tony was the Operations Director for 3i’s buyouts business from 2003 to 2010.

Having previously qualified as an accountant with KPMG, he joined 3i in 1998, initially working with 3i’s finance team. He has a Geography degree from Loughborough University and he is a qualified chartered accountant.
