Biography
Vania Panizza joined 3i in 2006.
He started his career in 1996 as an operations engineer with Pirelli Optical Systems in Italy and in the US. In 1998 Vania joined Hewlett Packard working as a project manager in Spain and in Hungary. In 2002, after completing his MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singapore, Vania joined Bain & Co. where he spent four years working in consumer goods, aerospace and high tech industries both for international companies and private equity funds.
Vania graduated in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and from I.C.A.I. in Madrid.
