Founded in 1993 by Gustavo Ron and headquartered in Barcelona, Café & Té (C&T) is the market-leading chain of coffee shops and cafeterias in Spain. C&T employs495 people, 244 full-time, the rest part-time.

Spain remains a country where almost everyone sits down to eat their lunch. Cafeterias are the preferred format, being faster and cheaper than formal restaurants and more comfortable and appealing than bars.

C&T has 70 owned and two franchised outlets in prime locations. The brand offers a combination of specialist coffees and teas with good quality food at reasonable prices. It captures all daily consumption slots (breakfast, brunch, lunch and evening meals).
