Headquartered in Germany, Euro-Druckservice (EDS) operates from 12 locations across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and is one of the market leaders in industrial printing.

Its geographical markets have attractive dynamics, with GDP growth of 5% to 10% annually. Web-offset printing is best suited to large runs of time-sensitive products, particularly magazines and tactical promotional print for multiple retailers. With many retailers expanding across the region, promotional print demand will continue to grow.

The primary value play is the market opportunity within EDS's existing geographies, and the scope to develop its footprint in neighbouring countries such as Romania, Ukraine and Russia. The management team has a proven track record of establishing greenfield sites and pursuing successful acquisitions in the CEE region.
