We started our activity in Italy in 1991 and since then we have provided capital to more than 50 businesses and successfully taken five of our investee companies to IPO (Mirato, Datamat, Novuspharma, Biosearch and Newron).
We have a successful track record of investing in Italian family-owned businesses, supporting management in issues of succession, restructuring the shareholder base and achieving profitable growth (Mirato, Faber, Farmigea, Onama, Comac).

We seek to invest alongside management in the buyout of Italian businesses with an enterprise value of up to and around €500m. - Growth capital
Our Growth Capital business is the world’s leading dedicated growth investor. We invest in privately-owned, high growth, profitable international businesses across Europe, Asia and North America. Typically we invest up to €150m in businesses with an enterprise value of up to and around €500m, taking a non-controlling minority stake. Once we have invested, we are committed to working in partnership to help our investee companies build exceptional businesses.
