3i first invested in May 2007 and through a successful partnership over the last three years, and with 3i's support, KNEIP has successfully launched new offices in both London and Paris and made three international acquisitions.

In June 2010, after a three year period of strong growth and rapid internationalisation, KNEIP repurchased all shares held by 3i.
