Nature of Business

Lamy is a French leader in Property Management.

In December 2001, 3i led a minority Buy-Out on Lamy in order to support the Buy & Build strategy led by the founder Jean-Louis Chollet. First acquisition was signed a few hours after the closing!

In December 2005, 4 years and 15 acquisitions later, 3i sold Lamy to Groupe Caisse d'Epargne which will merge its property management with Lamy hence creating the leading player in France.
