Its products are designed to be fitted to the car interior as fully finished components and are manufactured primarily using pressing, sanding, and lacquering techniques and processes. Novem's main OEM customers are BMW, VW, Audi and DaimlerChrysler. 3i acquired a minority stake in Novem in 2004.
