Republic is a rapidly expanding retailer of menswear and womenswear branded fashion, with 80 stores in all the principal regional shopping malls.

The brand mix includes established labels such as FCUK, G-Star, Replay, Hooch and Bench alongside a range of up and coming 'niche' brands. The business gained the support needed to fulfil its exceptional potential by combining 3i's flexible investment approach with Richard Tonk's (Chairman) intimate experience of rapidly growing retail chains.
