• INEUMconsulting is a leading independent French consultancy, providing advice on strategy, operational performance and project management, having been spun out of Deloitte, the accountancy firm.  We began working with the business in 2003, helping it to grow its list of public sector and blue-chip corporate clients.  The company has now announced an agreed merger with Management Consulting Group, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange
• Environmental Resource Management (“ERM”) is an international market leader in the provision of environmental consultancy services.  Originally owned by more than 300 small shareholders around the world, we advised the company as it streamlined its ownership and governance structures.  Between 2001 and 2005, we supported it as it opened offices in new countries and made a series of acquisitions
• Sthree consists of 12 separately-managed brands which provide permanent and contract staffing services.  While primarily operating in the ICT sector, we worked with management to grow the business into new sectors such as banking and finance and human resource management.  Sthree now employs over 1,000 staff across the UK and Europe and was successfully listed in London in 2005.
