Emily joined 3i in 2008 as a member of the US Growth Capital team. Prior to joining 3i, Emily worked at Bain & Company in New York, where she served clients on strategy and operations issues in the Media and Technology industries. Emily was also involved in performing deal diligence as part of Bain & Company’s private equity practice. Emily holds a B.A. with honors in Political Science from Yale University.
