Matt joined 3i Growth Capital in 2008 as a member of the industrials team. Previously he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served clients on strategy, operations, and market analysis projects in the Consumer Goods, Private Equity, and Healthcare industries. He graduated with high honors from Princeton University with a degree in Politics.
