Ashley joined 3i in 2007 as a member of the US Growth Capital team. Ashley was formerly an analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Wachovia Securities where she covered Industrial Growth, Business Services, Energy & Power, and Defense & Aerospace. Ashley holds a B.A. in English literature from Princeton University where she was a member of the varsity rowing team.
