Jay joined 3i in 2006 as a member of the US Growth Capital team. Prior to joining 3i, Jay worked at Summit Partners where he was involved in their investment in Anesthetix Holdings, LLC. He has also worked for Banc of America Securities in Leveraged Finance where he focused on Media & Telecom and Financial Sponsors. Jay holds a B.S. with honors in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
