Katie joined the 3i US Growth Capital team in 2007. Previously she was a Business Analyst at McKinsey and Company in Boston, where she served clients on strategy and operations issues in the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Private Equity industries. Prior to joining McKinsey in 2005 she served as an intern at the White House and a research assistant at the Eisenhower Institute, an international security policy think tank in Washington DC. Katie graduated from Texas Christian University in 2003 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She studied piano performance in college as well and has performed at numerous venues, including Carnegie Hall.
