Each of our investment streams has a clear strategy that involves working with great management teams, great businesses and great ideas to build value:

Our private equity businesses invest in established, growing enterprises:

• Buyouts acquire majority holdings in European businesses with an enterprise value of up to and around €500m.
• The North America Growth Capital team typically invests up to $250m per deal, and will participate in minority and control transactions
• Our Infrastructure team invests between $100m and $300m per deal
