Sam joined 3i in 2021 as a member of its North American Private Equity team based in New York.
Prior to joining 3i, Sam worked as an Associate at Windjammer Capital Investors, where he invested in a broad range of advanced manufacturing, specialty distribution, and business service industry sectors. He was also previously an Analyst at Harris Williams & Co.
Sam received an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Jake joined 3i in 2018 in the New York office and is a member of the Healthcare sector coverage team. Jake has been involved in 3i’s investments in Cirtec Medical, SaniSure, and ten23 Health.
Prior to joining 3i, Jake worked as an Associate at Metalmark Capital, a middle-market private equity that has managed more than $8 billion through its funds. While at Metalmark, he helped execute a number of platform investments and transformative portfolio company acquisitions. Jake was previously an Analyst in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley.
Jake graduated from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with High Distinction.

Lauren joined 3i in 2019 and is based in the New York office, with responsibility for supporting the Private Equity team globally on new investments and divestments, portfolio matters and legal risk management.
Prior to 3i, Lauren was an associate in the corporate teams of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and Travers Smith LLP in London, where she advised private equity funds and portfolio companies on international M&A, management incentivisation, restructurings and refinancings. Lauren is qualified as a solicitor of the courts of England & Wales and is registered as a foreign-qualified in-house attorney in New York.
Lauren holds a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol and completed her post-graduate legal studies at the University of Law, Guildford and BPP University, London.

Rob joined 3i in 2017 as the Managing Partner for North American Infrastructure. He is a member of 3i’s Executive Committee. At 3i, he has led the US infrastructure team’s investments in Smarte Carte, Regional Rail and EC Waste.
Prior to joining 3i, Rob led Hastings Funds Management’s infrastructure investment activities in North America & Europe and was a member of Hastings’ Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
Previously, Rob founded the infrastructure M&A practice at Morgan Stanley and Greenhill where he was a Managing Director, Head of Infrastructure Investment Banking for the Americas at both firms. He started his infrastructure career at Goldman Sachs after spending five years as an active-duty, Naval officer in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Program.
Rob holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a masters equivalent in nuclear engineering from the Bettis Reactor Engineering School, and a B.E., magna cum laude, in chemical engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Robert joined 3i in 2020 as a member of its North American Private Equity team based in New York. Robert focuses on Business & Technology Services and has been involved in 3i’s investments in WilsonHCG and arrivia.
Prior to joining 3i, Robert worked as a Vice President at Bridge Growth Partners, where he invested in the technology and tech-enabled services sectors.
Robert was also previously an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Financial Institutions investment banking group. Robert graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a BS in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School along with a History minor from the College of Arts & Sciences.

Ben joined 3i in 2017 as a Partner in the North American Infrastructure team. Prior to joining 3i, Ben was an Investment Director at Hastings Funds Management where he was responsible for the origination, execution and management of infrastructure equity investments. He was a member of Hastings’ Investment Committee and Asset Review Committee. Ben is on the board of Smarte Carte.
Earlier in his career, Ben was an Associate in the Global Commodities Group at Lehman Brothers focusing on structured commodity transactions involving power, natural gas, coal, renewables and emissions for independent power and regulated utility clients.
Previously, he was an Analyst in Lehman's Global Power Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and corporate advisory to power and utility companies in the United States.
Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Colgate University.

Rahul Lulla joined 3i in 2012 as a member of the North American Private Equity team.
Rahul focuses on Business & Technology Services and Healthcare and has been involved in 3i’s investments in Mold-Masters, Quintiles, TouchTunes, Q Holdings, Dynatect Manufacturing, arrivia and WilsonHCG. He currently sits on the Boards of arrivia, Dynatect Manufacturing and WilsonHCG.
Previously, Rahul worked at Monitor Clipper Partners in Boston, where he focused on investments in business services and consumer. Prior to this, Rahul worked at Credit Suisse in New York where he was a member of the Investment Banking Division’s Healthcare Group.
Rahul received a BA in Economics and Mathematics with Honors from Vassar College, and an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School.
