Karel joined 3i in 2017 and is a Senior Associate in the Benelux Private Equity team. He is a deal team member for Basic-Fit and Royal Sanders. Previously, Karel was involved in the divestments of Kinolt and OneMed.
Prior to joining 3i, Karel worked in Morgan Stanley’s Benelux investment banking team in London.
Karel holds a BSc degree in Econometrics and an MSc degree in Financial Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Robert joined 3i in 2005 as a Partner and is based in 3i's Benelux office. As former head of 3i's global Consumer sector, he remains an active member of the sector team. He also leads 3i's efforts into developing and executing digital strategies for 3i itself and its portfolio companies.
He has been involved in, amongst others, Action, Hans Anders, BoConcept, Basic-Fit, KINOLT (formerly known as Euro-Diesel), Amor, ABX Logistics, Azelis, Aviapartner, Hyva, Havea, Christ and VNU Media. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Action.
Prior to joining 3i, Robert was a Partner at Permira and before that Robert worked in private equity related finance areas at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) in London, Citibank in London and Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan) in New York.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a degree in Business Administration for the University of Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium), and a Law degree from the University of Louvain (Leuven, Belgium).

Ulf joined 3i Germany in 2001 and was appointed joint Managing Director and co-head of Germany in May 2009. He is responsible for 3i's Industrial sector.
Ulf has worked on a number of Private Equity transactions at 3i. His most recent deals include FORMEL D and Weener Plastics, where he also sits on the board. He has also led the successful exits of ATESTEO, GEKA and HILITE International.
Ulf studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH), where he also received a PhD. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University Hagen.

Rutger Vos joined 3i in 2015 and is a member of the Benelux Private Equity and global Consumer teams.
He is currently involved in 3i's investments in Hans Anders, eyes + more and Action, and previously worked on the acquisition of Royal Sanders and the divestment of Refresco. He currently serves on the Board of Hans Anders.
Prior to joining 3i, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s Benelux M&A team in London.
He holds an MSc in Finance from Duisenberg School of Finance, a BSc in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and a BSc in Economics & Business from VU University Amsterdam.

Kristina joined 3i in 2019 as an Associate in the Private Equity team based in Frankfurt.
She focuses on the origination and execution of investments in Germany as well as in the Consumer sector. She supports 3i's investment in Luqom Group.
Prior to joining 3i, Kristina worked as an Investment Banking analyst at ALANTRA in Germany.
Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Peter joined 3i Germany in 1998. He was appointed co-Managing Director 3i Deutschland in May 2009 and Co-Head of Private Equity in April 2019.
During his time at 3i, Peter has taken a leading role across more than 15 transactions including Lampenwelt, Christ, Scandlines, Amor and MotorenWerkeMannheim (MWM).
Further transactions in which Peter has been involved include 3i’s investments in ICE, Action, Basic-Fit, NORMA, Hyva and Azelis. Peter currently sits on the Boards of Christ, Scandlines and ICE.
Prior to joining 3i, Peter worked for Procter & Gamble and Deutsche Bank. He holds a degree in Business and Administration from the University of Bamberg.
