Ian is Group Treasurer and responsible for financing, liquidity, FX and interest rate risk management covering 3i Group plc, 3i Infrastructure plc, privately managed funds and 3i portfolio companies.

Ian joined 3i in 2010 and is a member of the Treasury Transactions Committee and the ESG Committee.

Prior to joining 3i, Ian worked at Deloitte in Investment Management audit and assurance where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Ian is a ICAEW Fellow (FCA) and Fellowship Member of Association of Corporate Treasurers (FCT) and holds a BA Hons from Nottingham University in Finance, Accounting and Management.
