Lukas joined 3i in 2021 as an Associate in the Private Equity Team based in Frankfurt.

He focuses on the origination and execution of investments in Germany as well as on the Industrials sector. He is involved in 3i’s investment in Formel D.

Prior to joining 3i, Lukas worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in Frankfurt.

Lukas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
