Maxim joined 3i in September 2021 and is a Senior Associate in the Amsterdam office. He is focused on the Business & Technology Services sector. He is a deal team member of European Bakery Group and Yanga.

Before joining 3i, Maxim was a Senior Associate at Apax Partners France where he primarily focused on Benelux investments and held various board observer positions. Prior to Apax Partners France, he worked in the Investment Banking Department of ABN AMRO, Amsterdam.

He holds an MSc in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School, Belgium, and an MSc in International Business Management from Audencia, France.
