Tyler joined 3i in 2021 as a member of its North American Private Equity team based in New York.

Prior to joining 3i, Tyler worked as a Senior Associate at Pine Island Capital Partners, where he evaluated and executed a range of middle market buyout transactions with a focus on the industrial, A&D, and business services sectors. Prior to Pine Island, Tyler was an Associate in the Private Equity group at Bessemer Trust, a multi-family office. He began his career at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions in the consumer and retail sectors.

Tyler graduated as a Warrington Finance Scholar and Lampros Scholar from the University of Florida, where he earned an MS and BS (magna cum laude) in Finance.
