Céline is a Director in 3i's Infrastructure team in Paris. She leads Sustainability and ESG for the Infrastructure team, with responsibility for defining the ESG strategy, driving ambition and progress at portfolio company level and leading consideration of ESG matters through the investment cycle. Céline is also a member of the 3i Group ESG Committee.
Céline previously spent nine years in the Infrastructure team in London, originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, as well as managing both core plus infrastructure and brownfield project investments. She was involved in 3i Infrastructure plc's investments in TCR, Joulz and Valorem and worked on the acquisitions of a number of brownfield projects across Europe, with a particular focus on Portugal. She is a non-executive director on the board of TCR.
Céline joined 3i in 2013, following 3i’s acquisition of Barclays Infrastructure Funds Management Limited. She spent three years with Barclays in London. Céline holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School (Paris) with majors in Social Business and in Private Equity, and a certificate in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School.

Adrien Masson joined 3i in 2021 as a member of its European Private Equity team based in Paris.
Prior to joining 3i, Adrien spent six years at Hottinguer Corporate Finance where he worked on several public and private M&A transactions in France and cross border in the media, industrial, agri-food and consumer sectors.
He holds a MSc in Financial Engineering from Ecole des Ponts Paristech and a MSc in Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics.

Severin joined 3i in 2014 in the Frankfurt office and is a member of 3i's global Healthcare sector team.
He was a deal team member on 3i’s investments in ten23, xSuite, MAIT, Christ and Formel D. He was also involved in the investment in Evernex. As a core member of the deal team, he led the successful sale of ATESTEO.
Before joining 3i, Severin worked at UBS Investment Bank and was Business Development Manager for Auxilium, a portfolio company of HAL Investments, which is active in the sale of medical aids.
Severin graduated with a CEMS Master in International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management and HEC Paris.

Antoine is a Director in 3i's Infrastructure team in Paris and joined 3i in November 2013, following 3i’s acquisition of Barclays Infrastructure Funds Management Limited. He joined BIFM in 2008.
His role involves originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities in the infrastructure and energy sectors, with a particular focus on France, Spain and the Benelux.
In particular, he led 3i Infrastructure plc's investment in the A9 motorway project in the Netherlands, and had a leading role in 3i Infrastructure plc's investment in Valorem, a leading independent renewable energy development and operating company. He retains responsibility for the asset management of this investment. Most recently, Antoine also worked on the acquisition of four transport concessions in Spain.
Antoine graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris and holds a Licence in Economics, obtained with Honours, from the Paris Dauphine University.

Joy heads up 3i's Business Leaders Network. She works across sectors and geographies to build strategic relationships and enable international connectivity with Board level executives and non-executive directors for 3i's existing portfolio of assets and pipeline investment opportunities.
Prior to joining 3i, Joy worked as an Executive Search Consultant at private equity specialist search firm, Skillcapital, placing board level management for private equity portfolio companies and senior advisers pre-deal.
Previously, Joy spent five years working at Goldman Sachs in the Private Wealth Management division, with a focus on investment strategy. She holds a first class honours Masters degree in Quantitative Finance from University College Dublin.

Hazel is a solicitor with over ten years’ experience in infrastructure.
She joined 3i’s Infrastructure Team as legal counsel in January 2015, with responsibility for legal risk management, legal and regulatory aspects of new investments, portfolio management and debt financing.
Prior to this, Hazel worked in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team at Allen & Overy LLP from 2006 – 2014, specialising in infrastructure financing and PPP projects.
Hazel has a MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford and is a qualified solicitor.

Tobias joined 3i in 2021 and is an Associate in the Private Equity team based in Frankfurt. He focuses on the origination and execution of investments in Germany as well as in the Business & Technology Services sector. He was part of the deal teams on 3i's investments in MAIT and xSuite and is now a board observer for both investments.
Prior to joining 3i, Tobias worked in private equity at Cinven and in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Tobias holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University.

Scott Moseley joined the Infrastructure team in 2007 and was made Partner in 2012. Scott became Managing Partner and Co-Head of European Infrastructure in July 2022 and is also a member of 3i’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
Together with Bernardo Sottomayor, Scott is responsible for managing a team with approximately £6bn in invested capital across four Infrastructure funds, including our flagship fund, 3i Infrastructure plc, which has achieved asset level returns of 19% p.a. since its inception.
Scott has direct investment experience across various sub-sectors including Digital Infrastructure (Tampnet and GCX), Energy (Elenia and ESVAGT), Transportation (Eversholt Rail Group) and Social Infrastructure (Cross London Trains).

Prior to joining 3i, Mick worked at Lazard in the Benelux Investment Banking team.

Marc is the co-head of the French Private Equity team and specializes in Services and Software investments.
Since joining 3i in 2016, Marc's investment track record includes 3i's current investments in Evernex (a global provider of maintenance services for critical IT infrastructure) and Weener Plastics (a manufacturer of innovative plastics packaging systems for FMCGs), as well as past investments in Havea (a European leader in the natural consumer healthcare industry) and Etanco (a manufacturer and distributor of fasteners). He is a board member of Evernex.
Marc represents 3i as part of the Ashoka Support Network in France, a global community of 350+ leaders who share and contribute their time to support Ashoka's social entrepreneurs in systemic social change missions.
Marc began his career in Financial Advisory at Lazard, in the Paris team where he was involved in French and cross-border transactions in the consumer, industrial and health sectors. He then assisted large corporates and European SMEs in their M&A strategy in Latin America during his time at Euro Latina Finance, an advisory boutique specialising in the region.
Marc holds an MSc in Management from EM LYON Business School.
