Tony joined 3i in 1998 and became Chief Operating Officer in 2010.

He is a member of the 3i Group Executive Committee, Investment Committee and the Private Equity Leadership Team, with responsibility for portfolio oversight, valuations, operations and the financial management of 3i’s international Private Equity business.

He currently sits on the board of Scandlines.
