Jim joined 3i in 2020 as an Operating Partner to the Healthcare team and has been involved in 3i’s investments in SaniSure, Cirtec Medical and Q Holding.

Prior to joining 3i, Jim worked as founder and Principal at Lean Connection, LLC, where he consulted with a broad range of companies in pharmaceutical, aerospace, defense, and energy as well as Private Equity firms. Jim was previously a General Manager for Allied Signal (Honeywell) and Pratt & Whitney.

Jim received an MBA, an MS in Metallurgy, and a BS in Materials Engineering all from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
