Ana joined 3i in October 2025 as an Analyst in the Infrastructure team. She works on the origination and execution of new investments across Europe and supports portfolio companies including Tampnet, a subsea fibre network operator, and TCR, a leading provider of airport ground support equipment.

Ana previously gained experience at Perella Weinberg Partners in London, as well as ABN AMRO and Climate Fund Managers in the Netherlands.

She holds an MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
