Essia joined 3i in June 2025 as an Associate in the Infrastructure team. She is responsible for the origination and execution of new investments in Europe, with a focus on French-speaking countries, and supports the activities of portfolio companies including the global data communications service provider FLAG.

Prior to joining 3i, Essia was an Investment Banking Associate in the EMEA Media & Communications team at J.P. Morgan in London, where she worked on a range of transactions in the telecoms infrastructure sector. She previously gained experience at Lazard in Paris in the generalist team and BNPP in the TMT team.

Essia holds a Master in Management Program Grande École, with a major in Finance from HEC Paris. She also completed an exchange program at University College London.
