Jeppe joined 3i in June 2025 as an Associate in the Infrastructure team. He is responsible for the origination and execution of new investments in Europe, as well as supporting the activities of portfolio companies including ESVAGT and Belfast City Airport.

Prior to joining 3i, Jeppe worked at Perella Weinberg Partners in London, covering M&A across Telecommunications, Industrials and Infrastructure.

Jeppe holds a BSc in Economics with Portuguese from the University of Nottingham.
